Admin and Fax Logs
Admin capabilities in the Fax Application
As an admin there are two unique functions which allow for monitoring: 1. the admin log 2. fax log. Both provide an overall picture of either account movement (creating account, groups etc.) in the admin log, or call activity (faxes sent and received) in the fax log.
Admin Log
The admin log lets you as the admin see what's going on in the company account, when users were added and when groups were created and when users accessed their faxes. Currently, this information is stored for a rolling 30-day period.
If you wish to export this information and save it on your computer, simply click on the export to CSV button.
Fax log
The fax log shows all the faxes and calls across all your company’s accounts. The admin cannot view the actual documents here but can see the logs of the call activity (faxes send and received). This works for both direct lines and group lines.
