Customer Administration Portal Support for Select Yealink Phones

On August 9th, the Customer Administration Portal will be enhanced to support managing select Yealink phone models including the following:

In Manage Phone System, you can activate the phones (if ordered new), enable Hoteling and perform Device Swaps.


Seat features can be edited and Shared Call Appearances and Busy Lamp Fields can be added. These will appear on the line keys on the phones.


Additional devices can be imported into your PBX using the Unassigned Devices tab. Simply choose from the specific Yealink phone models in the list, enter the MAC address and import the device. Then you can assign it to users.
