Voicemail extended away message deposit update
The voicemail extended away feature will be updated to include voicemail settings allowing you to forward the caller to another destination after the greeting is played if disable message deposit is set to "on". Previously, when message deposit was disabled under the extended away greeting, the call would be disconnected because it was the only option.
The setting can be found in the messaging section while editing a users settings, under general in the greetings section. When the disable message deposit setting is "on", the active greeting will be played and the user can select their preferred call handling.
Additionally, if you select extended away for the no answer greeting and set disable message deposit to "on", call handling is determined by the action selected under general (shown above). Disable message deposit under general doesn't need to be enabled for extended away to operate.
Date range filter and history download available in Hosted Fax
A date range filter is now available for hosted faxes. Your list of faxes can be filtered by fax account and a date range. A new download option is available as well that can be used to download your fax history in CSV format.
