Change Voicemail Passcode in Customer Administration Portal

Reset Voice Portal Passcode in the Customer Administration Portal

Log into the Customer Administration Portal at vip.anpi.com

  1. In the menu on the left, click on Location
  2. Scroll down and click on All locations or select the location menu item
  3. Click on the Manage Phone System tab
  4. Locate the user with the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the Locations window
  5. Once the user is located, in the Action column, click the green Edit button
  6. In the Manage Settings pop-up that appears, click the Messaging tab
  7. Next, click the Voice Portal link
  8. To the far right of the Voicemail Pass Code, enter a new Voicemail passcode
