Customize Seat Extensions in the Customer Administration Portal
Change Extensions in the Customer Administration Portal
Log into the Customer Administration Portal at the link provided by your provider.
You must be logged in as an Administrator in order to change extensions.
1. In the menu on the left, click on Location
2. Scroll down and click on All locations or select the location
3. Click on the Manage Phone System tab
4. In search box in the upper right-hand corner, search by username or phone number
5. In the Extension column on the far left, click on the extension link to change
To change extensions on individual services, such as Hunt Groups, you will do that directly on the service itself.
