Announcing new automated trunk building 

Over the past few months, our team has been working hard to bring new features to our SIP trunking product. We’re happy to announce the automation of new trunk builds allowing you to use the Customer Administration Portal to order new trunks, edit, and modify your trunk groups. This automation process gives you the freedom to manage your communications without waiting for manual support, speeding up the order and delivery process for all your related needs.

Automated call routing enhancement 

Along with automated trunk building, we are releasing an additional feature — Automated Call Routing Plan (ACRP). ACRP allows you to automate your call routing delivery to different trunk group(s) based on day(s) of the week and time of day. You can now set up schedules to route your traffic to wherever you want, whenever you want! This feature allows an organization to provide 24x7 business operations support, customer support, and other business continuity scenarios to fit your call flow.
