New features and updates for the customer administration portal

On February 26, 2024, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.

Updates

Support for an additional Webex seat package - Sinch Calling with Webex Softphone - has been added. When using this seat, the Webex client is trimmed down to only the calling portions of the client with all messaging and collaboration features removed. This applies to the desktop, mobile and tablet clients.

Fixes

SIP Trunk load time performance improvements for large customers

For UCaaS SIP Trunks, an issue was fixed where trunks with a large quantity of numbers would never load the SIP Trunking section in the Customer Administration Portal. Other sections of the portal were also impacted in this case, and those were fixed as well.
