Accessing Vitelity Voicemail
Email Transcription and .wav Files
1.) Log into the user portal — portal.vitelity.net
2.) Go to the "My Products and Services" menu on the left side of the screen
3.) Choose "My Numbers" option
4.) Choose "Voicemail" option
5.) Choose “Select Action" option
6.) Choose “Modify" option
7.) Update or verify that your email address is correct
8.) Choose “Save”
Voicemail via SMS Messaging
1.) Log into the user portal — portal.vitelity.net
2.) Go to the “My Products and Services” menu on the left side of the screen
3.) Choose “My Numbers”
4.) Choose “Voicemail”
5.) Choose “Select Action”
6.) Choose “Modify”
7.) Update or verify that your cell phone number is correct
8.) Choose “Save”
Call into Voicemail Box
Summary: Dial 866.998.4835 for off-net (cell phone, etc) — dial only 86 for on-net calls.
