How to Set Up Vitelity Voice Mail
New Voicemail Set-up for Vitelity
Step 1 - Create the new VM box
- Log into the user portal http://portal.vitelity.net
- Go to the My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen
- Choose My Numbers
- Choose Voicemail
- Click on New VM Account
- Fill in the appropriate details and select Create
Step 2 - Assign VM to a DID
- Go to the My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen
- Choose My Numbers, click on Action menu
- Choose Voicemail, choose a new vm box
- Choose the number of rings before reaching voicemail
- Click Save
Step 3 - Access VM settings
- Go to My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen
- Choose My Numbers
- Choose Voicemail
- Click the link View Instructions
- Click on Help checking voicemail via the telephone
- Follow steps listed here to access voicemail box
