Product changes and fixes

On January 18, 2024, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.


Fixed add-on order issue for call center licenses

If a location had an existing advanced call center license, an add-on sales order adding additional licenses would result in an error. This has been fixed.

Fixed issue causing timeout on submitting add-on sales orders

Fixed an issue where submitting an add-on sales order to a PBX with a larger number of active services would timeout and not submit the order.

Increased SMTP server password length in Partner Setup

In Partner Setup->Branding in Atlas, the SMTP server password was increased to allow for up to 100 characters.

Atlas - Fixed issue where order summary would appear incorrect for add-on orders after a fax only order

When a customer was first ordered as fax only (Cloud Business Fax), a subsequent add-on order with a UCaaS component would show a different order confirmation PDF depending on where you viewed it. This has been fixed.
