Updates and details for the July 2022 update
A variety of features have been enhanced on this release, in the following categories:
API/Portal
- The toll-free ordering screen now has a field to enter a PON (Customer Reference Number) when you place the order.
- The Modify Toll-Free Screen will have the ability to remove DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service)and BTN (Billing Telephone Number) from toll free numbers.
- Customers will now be able to look up toll free numbers and have the RespOrg (responsible organization) number returned to them.
