On May 17, 2023, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.

Fixes

Fixed an issue with residential DID swaps

An issue was fixed that was causing periodic errors when performing DID swaps for residential users.

Devices

Grandstream HT701/HT702 end-of-support notice

The Grandstream HT701 and HT702 ATA devices will be removed from support. An email notification was sent in regards to this and these devices will need to be replaced by July 28th, 2023. The replacement devices are the Grandstream HT801 and HT802 ATA devices.

Poly VVX150 end of sale notice

The Poly VVX150 PoE and VVX150 w/Power Supply models will be going end-of-sale on June 30th, 2023. These devices will be removed from new sales at that time. The devices will continue to be supported through the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) option.
