Poly Installation and Activation

Setting up and Activating your Poly Device

Activating the device is pretty simple. To activate a Poly device, follow these steps:

1. Unbox the device and attach the handset and stand, as shown in the included packaging.

2. Plug the ethernet cable into the appropriate spot on the back of the device.

3. Plug the power adapter to the device then the outlet (in cases where the power is not provided over ethernet).

4. The device will power up and restart several times.

5. When ready, press the Activate soft-key.

6. Follow the audio instructions and enter the activation code provided for that seat. You may have received this code via email or some other method.

7. Once entered, the device will power off and cycle a couple more times, then will be ready when it shows your extension next to the first line key.
