Product changes and fixes
On September 20, 2023, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Updates
Poly VVX 150 End of Sale
The Poly VVX 150 PoE and Poly VVX 150 w/Power Supply phones have gone end-of-sale by Poly. These are being removed from new sales. Any seats with a Poly VVX 150 as the default device will be changed to an equivalent Poly VVX 250 device.
Fixes
Fixed LNP pre-fill issue with state being set to AK
When creating an LNP order and choosing the option to pre-fill the address from a sales order, the state was defaulting to AK. This has been fixed.
Fixed device swap error that can occur in rare circumstances
Fixed an issue with device swaps that occurred only when two seats that allowed soft clients had their devices swapped between them, then one of the seats was subsequently downgraded to a seat that did not support a client, then upgraded again to a seat with a client.
Fixed issue when changing locations on two different customer accounts
An error would occur if a location change was initiated on two different enterprise accounts simultaneously. This has been fixed.
