Product changes and fixes for Atlas
On September 30, 2024, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Updates - UCaaS
CABS reporting option
We are now providing an optional report for partners that need to provide CABS records after fully switching over to cloud services. These reports will be separate from the current daily CDR feed and will be placed in the same location. Please contact your sales representative on how to get started.
Fixes - UCaaS
Fixed issue where device reset failed when attempting more than 10 devices at a time
When attempting to reset more than 10 devices at a time, you would be returned to the device screen with no reset being performed. This has been fixed.
Fixed issue where DID swaps for a larger group of numbers was not setting the carrier type correctly
For number swaps greater than 25 numbers, the correct carrier type was not being added to the number resulting in many numbers marked as BYODID. This has been fixed.
