Product changes and fixes for Atlas
On September 5, 2024, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Updates - UCaaS
Automatically update E911 address when Service Address is changed on a residential customer
When updating the Service Address on a residential customer, the E911 address will also be updated to the same address since this is the most common case. The E911 address can still be updated separately.
Updates - Cloud Business Fax
Additional Toll Free plans for Cloud Business Fax
Three additional lower tier toll free plans are being added for Cloud Business Fax. These are the Toll Free Shared 50, 500 and 1k plans, which include 50, 500 and 1,000 fax pages respectively before overage charges begin.
